Good quality, well-made, came quick. Good for punching or kicking, it moves around. Actually moves little less than a smaller double bag but it stays well for combos so you can unload on it.

This is a professional, solidly build punching bag. Although it was meant for professionals, it is a great present for boys who are into things like karate. The company gave a 3 week window for delivery, but we received it in 10 days, so make sure to order early!

I received this bag today and hung it up next to my heavy bag. The quality of this bag is just amazing. It is definitely worth much more than what they are selling it for here!

Well made, rugged, versatile. It's a useful size, in between a heavy bag and a typical small double-end bag: big enough for multiple targets, heavy enough to hit it hard, lively enough for timing work. As an older trainer more interested in skills maintenance and injury prevention, I much prefer this bag to a heavy bag. It's pretty hard as delivered, wear gloves.

When the bag arrived, I was a bit worried because it looked a bit smaller than I anticipated. Have no fear - this size of this bag is unique but very efficient. Bag is nice and stiff and can take a beating. Good weight, great feel. Outslayer has a solid product line.

I love this thing. It adds a great variety to my workout. Unlike most double-end bags, this thing is filled (and it is SOLID- wrap up!) so it's like having a miniature heavy bag with the crazy movement of a double-end. The construction is excellent. Highly recommend.

This double end heavy bag has been great fun. I started boxing on double end bags and found that this product has been a great bridge to a heavier target. It retains similar movement patterns I am used to while presenting the opportunity to improve power. The construction is solid and it has been a big benefit to my boxing routine.

I’ve had this bag for about 5 weeks. First, it’s very solid and feels more stout than 20 lbs. Use wraps or gloves, even though you can strike it barehanded. It has nice movement weather you hang it like a heavy bag or a double end bag. I do both. It’s not inexpensive, but the quality of construction is obvious.Very happy so far!Great

OUTSLAYER is my go to for superior boxing/martial art gear. I own a wrecking ball for hooks, uppercuts and power-slaps & now a 20#, double ended bag [which I love!] for vertical punches & elbows. The craftsmanship [seams] is top-end, professional. Highly recommend!

How ADORABLE! I am use to 80 lb heavy bags but due to illness and age had to reduce the size way down to a more manageable level. Very easy to assemble with a light ceiling mount and anchor which I still need to order yet. Bag does not come with bungee cords so be aware of that. The material seems pretty tough to me so should take my beatings fairly well. I haven't put it up yet nor worked out with it as I just got it today. I am anxious to try it out but have to feel better first before doing so. Well worth the money though and will certainly hold up. Wraps will be needed yes as per others reviews.
