ONLINE ORDERS
Most online orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags, in the original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email support@fightersshop.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will review your request and send return instructions if the item is eligible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an issue with the order, such as receiving a wrong, defective, or damaged item. Original shipping costs, import duties, and VAT are non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Please note: returns sent without return authorization cannot be accepted.
RETURN OPTIONS
We offer three return options for eligible online orders.
1. Exchange
Need a different size or want to switch to another eligible product? We’re happy to help.
To make sure the item you want is available, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item first. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the original item under our exchange option and waive the 10% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for both return shipping and replacement shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Gift Card
We will issue a gift card for the full value of your returned item. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and are not included in the gift card amount.
Gift cards can be used toward any future purchase and do not expire.
3. Refund (minus applicable fees)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the eligible returned item value, minus a 10% restocking fee. For eligible handmade item returns, a 30% restocking fee applies.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Your bank or credit card provider may take a few business days to complete processing.
IN-STORE RETURNS
Returns for in-store purchases made at physical retail locations are accepted within 15 days of the original purchase date with a receipt. In-store returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only. No refunds will be issued for in-store purchases.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in new condition, with original tags and original packaging. Certain items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit, including the non-returnable items listed below.
HEAVY BAGS AND OVERSIZED ITEMS
Eligible heavy bag returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee because each bag is handmade and requires special handling due to its size and weight.
Color combination heavy bags are customized to the user's specific style and are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs, replacement shipping costs, import duties, and VAT are non-refundable.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@fightersshop.com or 1-800-999-6722 with your order number and photos of the issue.
If the return is due to an issue with the order, such as a wrong, defective, or damaged item, we will help make it right and may cover the return shipping cost.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene, safety, and custom production reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged.
This includes mouthguards, gum shields, groin protectors, cups, hand wraps, compression wear, base layers, and any item showing wear, odor, stains, washing, damage, or missing packaging.
Custom items, personalized items, color combination heavy bags, final sale items, clearance items, gift cards, used items, heavy bags marked final sale, and oversized items marked final sale are also non-returnable.
SHIPPING ISSUES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping cost to reship the package.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending returns.
