Outslayer Training Buddy is a full-size training dummy designed for realistic grappling, takedown, and ground-striking work. At approximately 100 lb and 5'8", it provides substantial training mass for throw entries, positional control, and GNP conditioning without collapsing or leaking filler over time.
Filled with compressed fabric for optimized density and durability, it offers consistent feedback for strikes, kicks, knees, submissions, chokes, and transitional grappling drills. The frame can also be hung for tricking and striking variations, expanding training versatility across disciplines.
