Returns

30-DAY RETURNS

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days. Certain items, including heavy bags and oversized equipment, are final sale and not eligible for return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email support@fightersshop.com and we will guide you through the process.

Please note: returns sent without return authorization cannot be accepted.

IN-STORE RETURNS

Returns for in-store purchases are accepted for exchange or store credit only. Items must be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date with a receipt.

  1. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  2. No refunds will be issued for in-store purchases.
  3. Certain items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND GIFT CARDS

We offer three return options so you can choose what works best for you:

  1. 1. Exchange

    Need a different size or want to switch to another product? We’re happy to help. To ensure availability, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want. Once we receive your return, we’ll process the original item as an exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  2. 2. Gift Card

    We can issue a gift card for the full value of your returned item, which can be used toward any future purchase. Gift cards never expire. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  3. 3. Refund (minus applicable fees)

    If you prefer a refund, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Your bank or credit card provider may take a few business days to complete processing.

HEAVY BAGS AND OVERSIZED ITEMS - FINAL SALE

Due to the size, weight, and shipping and handling costs associated with heavy bags and oversized items, all sales of these items are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for heavy bags or oversized items.

If you have questions about sizing, weight, mounting, or product selection, please contact us before purchase and we’ll be happy to help.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@fightersshop.com and we’ll make it right. Please inspect items upon delivery so we can resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. This includes mouthguards, gum shields, groin protectors, cups, hand wraps, compression wear, base layers, and any item showing wear, odor, stains, or damage.

Custom or personalized items, final sale items, and gift cards are also non-returnable.
