HOW QUICKLY DO YOU SHIP?
Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours. Custom or made-to-order products may require 1-9 additional business days.
We offer free ground shipping within the US (additional charges may apply for Hawaii, Alaska, or locations outside of the United States).
If you need your item urgently, you can place your order over the phone and let us know, and we’ll do our best to speed up processing.
IS TRACKING NUMBER INCLUDED?
Yes. Every shipment includes a tracking number from UPS, USPS or FedEx.
IS DELIVERY CONFIRMATION INCLUDED?
Yes. All packages include delivery confirmation.
HOW DO I CLAIM MY WARRANTY ON OUTSLAYER PRODUCTS?
To claim your warranty:

- Email us a photo of the product, your order number, and the warranty certificate.
- We'll repair your product or send you a replacement.
Please note: warranty coverage is based on the original purchase date shown on your proof of purchase, regardless of any replacements issued.

We ship worldwide.
Free shipping within the US (additional charges may apply for Hawaii, Alaska, or locations outside of the United States). If additional shipping fees apply, we'll contact you before your order ships.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Standard items may be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in their original packaging, accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
For eligible standard items, you may choose an exchange, gift card, or refund. Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Heavy bags and oversized items are final sale. These items are not eligible for return due to their size, weight, and shipping and handling costs.
