How do I choose glove ounces?
For bag work, most boxers use 10-12oz gloves. For sparring, go 14-16oz (many gyms require 16oz for safety). If you’re unsure, check what type of training you’ll be doing and confirm your gym’s sparring rules.
Can I spar with any gloves?
No. Bag gloves are usually denser and hit harder. Sparring gloves use softer foams designed to absorb impact and protect partners. If you spar, make sure to use gloves specifically designed for sparring.
How heavy should a heavy bag be?
A common standard for boxing is choosing a bag that weighs about half your body weight or more to reduce swing. For example, a 180lb athlete would typically train on a 90lb or heavier bag. Heavier bags provide more resistance and stability.
What hand wrap length should I use?
Most adults use 180" wraps for better wrist support, knuckle coverage, and metacarpal stability. Shorter 120" wraps are generally for youth or small hands.

Most in-stock gear ships within 48 hours. Made-to-order or custom equipment may require 1-9 business days for production before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally. Shipping rates vary by destination, and if additional freight is required we’ll contact you before processing your order.
Can I expedite an order?
If you need an item faster, call us and we’ll check carrier options and fulfillment schedules.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Every shipment includes a tracking number from UPS, USPS, or FedEx, along with delivery confirmation.
Do you offer bulk or volume pricing?
Yes. Bulk and volume discounts are available for Outslayer® equipment for gyms, schools, and training facilities. Tell us the quantities you need and we’ll provide a volume quote.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
What is your return policy?
Unused standard gear can be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase. You may choose an exchange, gift card, or refund. Refunds include a small restocking fee to cover handling. For full details, please see our Return Policy.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. Large equipment such as heavy bags, stands, and other oversized items are final sale due to freight cost and handling requirements.
For hygiene reasons, items such as mouthguards, groin protectors, and similar personal-use gear are also final sale.
How do I get an Outslayer warranty?
Outslayer® products covered under warranty are processed directly through us. To submit a claim, send a photo of the issue along with proof of purchase. Warranty eligibility follows the original purchase date.
